Spiritual Resources
Some Family Alliance members have expressed a sense of loss in the area of spirituality for many years and for many reasons. Parents asked Family Alliance to list places of worship where they have had positive experiences and they are listed below. These are places where some families have been welcomed with their children, youth, and other family members with mental health needs and other special needs. However, each family will have their own unique experience and there is no guarantee. Just something to check out if you are interested.
Family Alliance parents of children and youth with social, emotional, behavioral and mental health needs, identify supports and strategies that empower families to get their needs met. This is a need that has been identified and the response to that need.
