Transition Age Youth (TAY) for ages 15-20 for WISe at Community Youth Services has openings. This is for Medicaid eligible youth living in Mason and Thurston counties. Referrals especially welcome for 18-20 year olds.

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) has openings for Medicaid eligible youth and for youth who are not eligible for Medicaid ages 12-17.

COVID-19 & Service Delivery
Community Youth Services (CYS) is serving youth via telehealth, phone and in person.
Catholic Community Services (CCS) is serving children and youth in person and via telehealth.
Please do not hesitate to make a referral.
Anyone can make a referral for WISe!

This form can be used for any WISe Program for children/youth with Medicaid, including Multisystemic Therapy (MST); Transitional Age Youth (TAY) WISe at Community Youth Services (CYS) and WISe provided by Catholic Community Services (CCS). It can also be used for children/youth without Medicaid for MST at CYS and Wraparound at CCS.

About WISe
Wraparound with Intensive Services is designed to provide comprehensive behavioral health services and supports to Medicaid eligible individuals up to 21 years of age with complex behavioral health needs and their families. WISe services include access to psychiatric services and in-home therapy. Youth and families will still be using the wraparound process.

Choices Youth & Families can Make Include:
Wraparound and intensive services for children & youth up to 21 years of age.
Multisystemic therapy for eligible youth ages 12 to 17.
Youth-Driven treatment, wraparound supports and intensive services for Transition Age Youth ages 15 to 21 years of age.
Referrals to WISe
Complete the WISe referral form (above) and fax to 360-489-0402. Call 360-790-7505 if you have questions or any problem accessing a referral form or if you want to make a phone referral.
Screening
All requests for WISe will be reviewed by the WISe Coordinator/Designee and routed to the appropriate WISe agency for an initial Screening using the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths or CANS. Agencies that need a WISe screen - call 360-790-7505 to make a request.
MTWI Non-Medicaid Referrals
MTWI has limited space for youth who are not Medicaid eligible. This includes children/youth who are considered Non-Medicaid (private insurance or no insurance). Follow the same instructions on the referral form (above) for sending your referral in to be processed.

parent empowerment and the use of natural supports, opens doors to
service collaboration and creates opportunities for children/youth to be successful

Ombuds
If you are receiving publicly funded and/or Medicaid behavioral health services (mental health or substance use disorder) and have an issue with your provider or a previously authorized service was denied, reduced, suspended or terminated you are entitled to Ombuds services. Ombuds services are free and confidential.
Ombuds is functionally independent.
